Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to House of Sikana. By booking or receiving any service from us (salon, nail, or beauty services), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking platform, phone, or social media pages.
- A deposit may be required to secure certain services or bookings.
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment.
3. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless the cancellation falls within the allowed cancellation period (see Section 4).
- We accept cash, card, bank transfer, and approved online payment methods.
- Full payment must be made before leaving the premises.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Late Arrival
- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
- After this time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, with loss of deposit.
- We aim to run on schedule to respect all clients’ time.
6. Health Conditions
- Clients must inform us of allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse a service for health and safety reasons.
7. Hygiene & Conduct
- Hair Must be clean and washed for all appointments unless Wash & treatment is required.
- Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.
- We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for all tools and treatments.
8. Refunds & Complaints
- Services are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours.
- We may offer a fix or correction at our discretion.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of proven service fault by House of Sikana.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Clients agree that treatments are carried out at their own risk, especially when medical conditions are undisclosed.
- House of Sikana is not liable for allergic reactions if patch tests were refused or missed by the client.
10. Pricing & Services
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
11. Photography & Social Media
- With your permission, we may take photos/videos of your results for marketing purposes.
- You may request not to be photographed.
- Clients may share our work online, but must credit House of Sikana.
12. Privacy Policy
- Personal information is strictly confidential and used only for booking, marketing (with consent), and legal purposes.
- We do not sell or share client information with third parties.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies.
14. Agreement
By making an appointment or receiving any treatment, you confirm that you:
