REFUND POLICY

1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds or returns on:

  • Used or installed hair

  • Hair that has been dyed, washed, cut, styled, or altered in any way

  • Hair that has been worn or tampered with

Once the hair has been handled, it is considered final sale.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A return may only be accepted if:
✔ The hair is unaltered, and in original packaging
✔ You contact us within 48 hours / 2 days of receiving the product
✔ We confirm that the product is eligible for return


3. Exchange Policy

At our discretion, we may offer a refund or exchange or store credit if:

  • You received the wrong length/texture/order

  • The product is proven to be faulty on arrival

  • You contact us within the allowed return timeframe

Proof of issue (photos or videos) may be required.


4. Quality Assurance

All products are inspected twice before being shipped. Our raw hair is 100% authentic and may naturally vary slightly in texture or colour—this does not qualify as a defect.


5. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide a return address and instructions.

  2. The product must be shipped back within 10 days.

  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

  4. Once inspected, we will issue a refund, store credit or exchange within 5 days.


6. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

  • Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.


7. Custom Orders

Custom-coloured or specially requested bundles, closures, or wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All custom orders are final sale.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent ban from future orders and may lead to legal action. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.
