1. What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% raw human hair sourced directly from Vietnam. Our hair is unprocessed — no chemical treatments, dyes, or steam textures — ensuring long-lasting quality and natural appearance.
2. What’s the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed, while virgin hair may have undergone light steam processing for texture uniformity. Raw hair offers the most natural look and durability.
3. How long does raw hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair can last 2–5 years or more. Regular washing, conditioning, and minimal heat styling will help maintain its quality.
4. Can I dye, bleach, or style the hair?
Yes! Because our hair is 100% raw, you can dye, bleach, curl, or straighten it just like your natural hair. We recommend professional coloring for best results.
5. How do I care for my raw hair extensions?
- Wash with shampoo and conditioner.
- Air-dry whenever possible.
- Avoid heavy oils and products that cause build-up.
- Store in a silk or satin bag when not in use.

8. Do I need to book an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time, but walk-ins are welcome depending on availability.
9. How can I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us directly, or visit our salon in person. A deposit may be required for certain services.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Absolutely! We use only professional-grade, safe, and long-lasting nail products to protect your natural nails and ensure a flawless finish.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and mobile payments. For in-store services, we also accept cash.
15. How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
16. What is your refund or exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair products once opened or installed. However, if your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
